We will answer every request for a quotation with an acknowledgement within 24 hours
We will endeavour to provide quotations and availability within 24 hours for FIT requests, and within 48 hours for group requests
We will not sell hotels at above rack rates, even during trade shows, congresses and exhibitions, unless this fact is made clear at time of offer
We will only engage the services of suppliers who conform with the necessary insurance requirements within their area of operation
We will use wherever possible registered tour guides, speaking the language of the client's home country
We will acknowledge any complaint promptly, and investigate it fully and fairly
We will ensure that all our members act in accordance with the expected international professional standards of the incoming tourism industry
